Wheat Beer - Wheat Wine

This is a re-brew of our 2022 collaboration with our friends at Ārpus Brewing (Riga, Latvia).  It is a massive, gorgeously-brewed wheatwine, infused with Earl Grey tea, and conditioned on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.  For our take on the beer, we opted to also do a light dry-hop with Bergamot (aka the OAF hop), which is something we haven't worked with before.  We really loved the results.  The body is slightly chewy and sticky, without being syrupy.  The overall flavor is delightfully smooth and malt forward with the Earl Grey and Bergamot bringing forth some delightful notes of citrus and orange candy, while leaving a subtle bitter, resinous note that mingles refreshingly with the slightest kiss of booze on the finish.
