Calamansi is a sour orange from the Philippines. It is naturally a neon yellow color, and it has a tart citrus quality. When paired with the sweeter flavors of Mango + Pineapple it takes on a very pleasant sourness. We added a little Blood Orange for color + bitterness, and the result is something you do NOT want to miss!
