Benchtop Kuro

Kuro is our unique take on a Czech Dark Lager. We basically took our typical Tmave malt bill to start and then after our multiple step decoction mash we let Ross work his magic.

Hashi produced an amazake bread and then modified the bake for a darker roast. This bread adds a bit of silky mouthfeel to the beer and complements some of cacao notes from our roasted malts.

This beer got our foeder lagering process, followed by extended cold conditioning. This dark lager is crisp yet decadent.
