We felt this was an amazing opportunity to team up with one of our favorite hop suppliers (@crosbyhops ) and a brewery that we love (@selvedgebrewing ). If you haven’t noticed, the crew at Selvedge has been putting out world class beer!

We also felt the need to make a brewers beer. We started with a base of @sugarcreekmaltco undermodified German pilsner malt and chit. We employed a step mash and a quick 10 minute decoction boil.

So Crosby said no holds barred on the hops, so we went after it. We hopped it in the kettle with Adeena, Deep Cut Cascade, and Sterling NUVO. We then did a dry hop right before fermentation of Adeena. Post fermentation we pummeled it with @crosbyestategrown Comet CGX and Deep cut Cascade. Fermented with our favorite German lager strain and cold conditioned at 30 degrees for a long time.

The result is a punch of bright citrus like mandarin and grapefruit. You also get subtle stone fruit, pine, and a gentle fresh hop grassy note. We also teamed up with Hannah at @tothe4thdesign and surprising no one, she crushed the label design.

Pilsner - Other
ABV - 4.9%
16oz Can 4 Pack

Eligible for Virginia Shipping
Please review Shipping Policy before placing order
