We wanted to make this beer as soft and creamy as possible, so we used a huge oat and wheat base before a whirlpool of Citra Incognito, Citra 90’s, and Idaho 7. We then dry hopped with Australian Eclipse, Citra, and Nelson. This is Your Brain On Science pours hazy and bright with aromas of tangerine marmalade and concord grape and,… well… think Trix cereal. Flavors are a creamy, bright, and refreshing mix of pineapple, mango push-up popsicle, lime, and Welch’s grape juice with a dank pine backbone and a touch of bitterness that will have your electrically brain signals dancing.
