This rustic farmhouse ale features subtle autumn notes from pumpkin puree added during mashing and a gentle spicing of nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice in the kettle. Open-fermentation with a certain Belgian spooky-ghost yeast imparts a dry yet pleasant earthy, ripened fruit character that complements the pumpkin flavor.
