PaVa de Terra – Landbier Lager 5%
(PaVa de Terra) translates loosely to PA – VA from the land. This was a cool project for us as we collaborated with our friends up in Pittsburgh at Dancing Gnome and were able to utilize local grown malts from both VA and PA. Murphy & Rude Malting Co. and CNC Malt are both highlighted, bringing rustic nature to this lager. Lorien hops were used to bring out flavors of fresh fruit, hay and wildflower.
