This single decoction, naturally carbonated Italian style pilsner is amazingly drinkable, with an aroma of citrus and tangerine due to the dry hop addition of
Saphir. Traditional floor malted pilsner malt from Bohemia, gives a sweet taste with aromas of earthy malt sweetness, honey, biscuit, light caramel, and hints of
hazelnut and bread. Dry-hopping utilizes more of the plants aroma, and imparts little to no bitterness. The decoction process gives more flavors of cookie, biscuit, and toast.
