We only brew Gong Resin when a hop harvest absolutely blows us away. This year, we scored exceptional estate Cascade hops from Crosby Hops, and they are the absolute star of the show.
Expect a massive face-punch of aroma paired with a beautifully juicy character. This batch hits the ultimate flavor balance: a little sweet on the front, a wave of hoppy, juicy sweetness in the middle, and a crisp, dry bitterness on the back.
