Our 12° Plato Czech Pale Lager is all about that crisp, clean, seriously drinkable Czech lager magic.
Primo 12 starts with a complex step/decoction mash using Edelweiss Pilsner malt from @sugarcreekmaltco , gets kettle-hopped with choice Czech Saaz, then spends time cold conditioning in our foeder before a final cold rest in the horizontal bright tank.
The result? A beautifully layered lager with plenty of malt character, a soft hop presence, and that ridiculously refreshing finish you’ll want to keep coming back to.
