Our latest collab with the homies at @thewhalegvl is here—and we went all in on the hops.
We built this pils with Canadian pils malt + a touch of Barke Vienna, then hit the kettle with Seitz Farm Spalter Select before loading up the whirlpool with Sterling NUVO from @crosbyhops .
Sterling NUVO takes fresh, wet Sterling hops and cryogenically freezes them to lock in those fresh hop oils.
The result? Classic noble hop character, a bright citrus kick, and a pilsner that tastes ridiculously fresh.
