We wanted to shake up our lager lineup and introduce a style new to Commonwealth. Bisou Bisou is our interpretation of a French Pilsner. We utilized one of our favorite French hops, Barbe Rouge. Barbe Rouge offers a wonderful bouquet of aromas on the nose. Notes of Berries and Citrus flow from the glass as you drink. Barbe Rouge is from the Alsace region of France, which is the heartland of French hop cultivation. Bisou Bisou has a crisp and commanding bite on the first sip that calls you back for more. The finish is super clean and delicate, making this the perfect beer to have with friends over a plate of food. All the production team agrees, this is our best lager of 2026.
