Commonwealth Botanicalia

Botanicallia features a wonderful summer blend of fruits. Sudachi and calamansi take center stage, creating a floral-forward, acidic bite backed by a touch of lime juice. Apricot adds a rich stone fruit character and a burst of juiciness to balance the citrus acidity. We also added ginger, angelica root, a generous amount of juniper berries, and a touch of cassia. Together, these elements create a juicy, cocktail-like drinking experience.
