English Style Brown Ale, we decided to go full English and use a classic English yeast strain I was exposed to on our UK trip a few months ago. It’s more malt-forward with a bigger body and a slight toasty and roasty hit; there’s also a little bit of chocolate that comes through. Additionally, there is a very pleasant dark fruit note (fig/raisin) that pairs perfectly with the more malt-forward presence this time around
