Commonwealth Pablo's Beer Googles

This was a fun beer to create for a great event. It was brewed in support of the 2025 Polar Plunge, which directly benefits the Special Olympics. Banana and tangerine make a fantastic combination, and we enhanced this project with vanilla and ginger, adding a delightful layer of flavor to the sweet, decadent notes of the banana we sourced. Since these fruits are traditionally quite sweet on their own, we ensured everything was balanced with a refreshing tart finish.
