Commonwealth Redwoods

Chinook, Columbus, Citra- This is our take on a traditional West Coast IPA. Chinook and Citra lend pleasant citrus tones, while a minimal herbal bite comes from the Columbus addition. It offers a full-bodied drinking experience but without the usual malt-forward backbone found in our other West Coast singles. Redwoods aligns more with the classic West Coast flavor profiles of the late '90s that we all fell in love with, delivering a drier drinking experience. This would be a great beer to pair with a big lunch or dinner, as it packs a ton of flavor without completely wrecking your palate.
