Our 6th Anniversary Hazy IPA, brewed with Nectaron, Dolcita, Citra, and Motueka for a saturated expression of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and ripe stone fruit. For this release, we pushed the hopping rate to the highest pounds per barrel we've ever used, building an intensely aromatic and flavor packed profile while keeping the beer soft and drinkable. At 7%, it's a deeply saturated yet polished expression of where we are today, shaped by six years of refinement and a constant desire to keep moving forward.
