DSSOLVR Mos-Tra-Nel-Sim

Mashed with Riverbend Cumberland Pils and Czech Pils for an extra-pale base, then layered up with the fluffy combo of Appalachian Wheat, Chit Malt, and Flaked Oats. We even boiled it for extra time just to get some Kettle Caramelization and mimic the orange hue of Hazy IPAs from years past without the need for Crystal Malt. We hit it in the Whirlpool with Nelson Sauvin AND Simcoe Cryo, on top of a Hot Dip in the FV with Citra Incognito. Fermented with our House Hazy IPA yeast, dry-hopped first with a very large charge of even more Simcoe, spunded for 100% natural carbonation, and then double-dry-hopped with a haunting amount of Nelson Sauvin Amplifire Pellets, more Nelson Sauvin, and a very heavy dose of Mosaic Liquid Lupulin.
