100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale lemon in color. This has pronounced aromas of grapefruit, lemon grass, citrus lemon-lime, bay leaf, mineral, gooseberry, and floral funk. Swirling around additions to the palate include Continuing to the palate melon, apple, and capsicum, and straw. This is a dry, crispy, high acid wine of medium body with medium plus intensity of flavors that linger for a medium finish.
