False Bay Old School Syrah

Named Old School as a portion of the grapes are fermented whole-bunch and the wine is aged in large-format neutral oak. The wine’s flavors and textures are more reminiscent of old-world, rather than new-world Syrah.
Inky black berry, blueberry, plum, dark cocoa, vanilla and spice. Juicy, intense, ripe black berry fruits, pepper and dry finish.
