West coast-style double india pale ale dry-hopped with amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe
Mashed with local barley along with a dash of dextrin malt and a pinch of flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred clean house westy yeast strain. Hopped intensely with v choice amarillo, citra, mosaic and simcoe. Fermented completely for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity.
The amped up ABV version of our forever flagship westy IPA, double beard is everything. With the slightly higher alcohol helping to boost the intense dry-hopped aromatics, this bone dry double westy is built like the Cali giants that inspired us years ago.
