Our 13yr anniversary west coast-style india pale ale hopped with krush and riwaka along with nectaron t90 and hyperboost

Mashed with local malted barley along with a dash of dextrin malt and a pinch of flaked oats. Fermented with our preferred westy house ipa yeast strain for ultimate crushability. Hopped extra intensely with riwaka, nectaron t90 and hyperboost along with krush, which has become a total house favorite. Fermented fully for a decidedly dry finish and cold conditioned for beautifully brilliant clarity.

Though we don’t typically feel the need to venture into the world of double dry-hopping, (though our normal technique is already pretty dang close to that) we wanted to boost our west coast process and couldn’t be more proud of the results. These days there are also so many different fun products which help elevate the hop game and we deployed plenty of those in this celebratory offering.

The aroma ebbs and flows between intense swaths of juicy citrus and tropical fruits. For us, the nose explodes with grapefruit marm, tangerine peel, juicy mango, sun dried pineapple and peach gummy rings.
