Formigo Bianco

This is a field blend of lots of native white grapes including Palomino, Treixadura, Albarino, Godello and a handful of others, all from 35 year old organic vines planted on sabrego, a type of soft granite, in the hills of Ribeiro, just north of the Portuguese border. Fresh and crisp, but at the same time soft and rounded with notes of green apple and crushed white flowers.
