The beer itself exaggerates their skillset at taking insane ferm drops and presenting an NA beer with an FG that would make Jeff Stuffings blush. To offset this it is carbed flawlessly with incredible nimbus retention. Attic insulation never knew billowing this fine. The nose takes noble hops and pushes them almost to a CTZ level to compensate. It goes Bermuda fescue and shallot with an intense dryness.
