Jester King Necolith

For this batch, we collaborated with our friends at Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden in Austin. @easytigeratx They baked up 500 pounds of beautiful sourdough bread for us to add straight to the mash! The deep earthy, nutty, caramelized character of the bread is a perfect accompaniment for the toasty Maris Otter base malt, Belgian Candi Sugar, and our favorite English caramel and chocolate malts from Simpsons.
