"Whenever I was sick, my mom, "Umma", would make me soup and ginseng tea. One of my favorite parts was when she'd make "nurungji", getting the toasted rice bits scorched at the bottom of the pot with water... A treat at the end of the meal. This one is for my Umma. This one is for all of our Ummas"
