Matthieu & Virginie Molinié Cahors Maintenant Ou Jamais!

 A “good natural wine” but, more than that, really good Cahors. As expected, this is black as night in color and free of oak (done all in concrete). It’s full of dark black fruit – plums, berries, cherries – but stays more savory than fruity with a nice earthy core. Gutsy and very firm for sure, but also round and not at all heavy at just 12.5% and finishing long, long, long.
