Montemelino Malpasso Vino Rosato is a juicy pink liter just ready to take to a backyard party or when hanging out with your book club. Bright and sunny, the flavors of crushed red berries, white peach, melon, and lemon zest are highlighted by the bright acidity. A blend of Sangiovese and Gamay del Trasimeno (Grenache). Hand-harvested and directly pressed to preserve the acidity and freshness of the grapes. Wild yeast fermentation, then aged in stainless steel. At bottling, a minimal amount of sulfur is added, and no filtering or fining occurs
