Ovum Pink Salt

PNK SALT, our first Rose!  Inspired by Big Salt's day at the beach vibes, PINK SALT is dry rose with incredible cherry red aromats.  Sourced from certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon, we take the free run juice to acheive the perfect pink color, and allow native fermentation to amplify the candy red aromas.  At just 12.5%, the wine is light on the palate, with a salty finish.  A perfect aperitif before diving into some Big Salt!
