This barrel-aged Imperial Stout clocks in at 14.1% ABV and is loaded with pasilla and ancho peppers, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, coffee, and lactose before spending a full year in bourbon barrels. The result is layers of chocolate, spice, roast, and oak, balanced by a slow-building heat that lingers long after the last sip.
