Oak Aged Honey Brown Lager. Incredibly balanced lager that harmonizes all of the ingredients and techniques in a clear and defined way. The decoction mash and caramelized honey deliver a rich Maillard quality, backed by subtle oak tannins and vanillins which are reeled back in by the firm herbal hop character and moderate bitterness.
